Senthil Ranganathan

CEO

Senthil has built a 20 year track record of excellence in delivering Manufacturing Systems solutions for various Tech Sectors, including; Disk Drive, Semiconductor and Solar. Senthil launched Athena Technology Solutions in 2011 and has grown it from a Manufacturing centric Staff Augmentation business, to a Full Suite of Professional and Managed Services organization, specializing in Athena’s Enterprise Systems Implementation practice. To this day, Senthil still plays a vital role in our vision and architecture to deliver Digital Transformation for Athena Customers, with a keen focus on Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory initiatives.

Paula Camporaso

CIO, VP of Sales

Ms Paula Camporaso became Athena’s CIO in January 2019, later taking on the role as VP of Customer Success .  Ms Camporaso has more than 25 years of experience in High Tech Manufacturing as an IT Leader and Enterprise Architect.

Paula’s IT / Industry experience includes an array of High Tech Industries including Manufacturing, Cloud Services and Consumer Products companies.  Notable companies, where Paula was a VP of IT/ CIO  include; LinkedIn, GoPro, View Dynamic Glass, Solyndra, Lockheed Martin and EMC.  In said roles, Paula frequently functioned also in a Customer facing Sales capacity.   From selling Technology Services,  Requirements collection, Software Development and Support of same.

Beyond leading IT and Factory Systems, Paula has been the lead architect of multiple Product Innovations.  Most noteworthy are; the development of the first ETL in 1998. This product (Commerceroute) was later acquired by Microsoft and launched as MS Biztalk in 2000.  Likewise, the reengineering of a Tier 3 MES Product (Eyelit) to become a Tier 1 Industry 4.0 capable Application, enabling  true automated manufacturing with multiple interoperable factories and zero downtime tolerance.

ED Mathias

VP Operations/HR

Ed Mathias is Vice President of Operations and HR within Athena Technology Solutions joining Athena in 2017.  Ed is responsible for providing strategic leadership ensuring Athena’s day to day operations and delivery to customers meets and exceeds expectations.   By establishing lean and robust systems Athena proactively aligns with customer expectations operating with complete transparency which is data driven.  Additionally, Ed has oversight of HR activities across all business units.

Ed began his career in high tech manufacturing in the Silicon Valley.  From there has served a number of large high-tech and Solar manufacturing factories as well as system solution providers.  Ed has a bachelor degree in Industrial Technology San Jose State University and a Master’s degree in  Computer Information Systems from Phoenix Arizona University.
